Return Policy

At Shahama, we take pride in the quality of every fragrance we offer. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.


Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

We may accept returns only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.


Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
